FFC Online bodyweight workouts and are a mixture of high intensity training, Functional/ Unique Movement patterns as well as a Shoulder & Core sessions.

When Covid hit I moved my entire business online and wanted to create a balanced workout that you can literally do anywhere and at anytime.

I originally thought that it would be a nice stop gap to keep people connected and moving throughout the lockdowns and isolation, however I found that this way of training worked incredibly well. It kept me as fit as if i was training in the gym but also I found that my balance, stability, coordination and mobility had greatly improved compared with pre Covid times.   

Since Melbourne has reopened and we are getting back to the 'New Normal' I decided that this way of training was Now my 'New Normal.
