This class utilises y-bell 'free-weights' and bodyweight callisthenics along with martial arts exercises in timed rounds for a fun full-body workout. It will not only get you fit but will help rebalance any muscle imbalances with the programming of single-arm & leg exercises. Great for: Full body Coordination Heart health Toning Training is followed by coffee and chats. Training outdoors is subject to weather. The session may be moved indoors at our Collingwood Clubhouse if unable to train outside. You will be notified of any changes.
