Our thoracic spines have become hunched and stiff due to our reliance on phones, computers, desks, and couches. We are weakening our shoulders and overhead mobility and switching off our glutes. This seriously impacts our spine health and strength, which has a knock-on effect on everything else in our bodies. While it's tempting to focus on the goal of achieving a six-pack when we do core exercises, we must look beyond this, paying attention to the shoulders, glutes, and hip flexors. Having a strong core will also help rehabilitate back injuries and improve our posture. This session focuses on spine health as well as bodyweight and equipment-based strength work for our shoulders, core, back, and butts. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made via the booking app or website 8 hrs before the start time of a class. In the event of a missed session or no-show, your pass will be forfeited. Any late cancellations will also mean you forfeit that visit. Programs and courses which require an upfront payment can not be refunded or reimbursed for missed sessions.
